I have a ridiculous amount of lettuce in my fridge right now and needed a new way to eat it besides salad. So, I started googling recipes and found broiled romaine lettuce! What a concept and so easy. It only takes about 5-6 minutes to cook and has a great flavor and texture. I flipped mine so each side got a little charred.
